Welfare
Introduction
TAAD Welfare is a beneficiary productive initiative established by Theatre Artists’ Association of Dhaka (TAAD) which will play an effective role in ensuring overall welfare, raising the life standard of a member and achieving sustainable development of the art of theatre.
Goal
Ensuring socio-economic development of a TAAD member and his/her long-term participation in the practice of theatre.
Objective
- Making TAAD members economically independent.
- Providing incentives to the members to ensure their long-term participation in the practice of theatre.
- Providing members with emergency financial aids – specially for sickness, accidents etc. or aiding the member’s family in the case of the member’s death caused by any accident.
- Providing a member or his/her child with allowance to aid education or research works.
